1. Is YUNGPING bone china dishwasher safe? Most of our bone china is dishwasher safe. However, for collections featuring Gilded or Platinum rims (such as the Imperial Heritage collection), we strongly recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and a soft sponge. Frequent dishwasher use may dull the metallic luster over time. For our unadorned white bone china, dishwasher use is perfectly safe.
2. Can I use it in the microwave?

Gold/Platinum Rimmed Items: NO. Metal cannot be put in the microwave as it may cause sparks and damage the plating.

Pure White / Non-Metallic Items: Yes, they are microwave safe.

3. What makes YUNGPING Bone China special? Our bone china contains over 45% bone ash, which is higher than the industry standard. This high content gives our porcelain its signature "Jade-like" translucency, milky white color, and exceptional strength despite being incredibly thin and lightweight.
4. Are slight variations normal? Yes. Because our products involve high-temperature firing (over 1300°C) and hand-applied decals or painting, minor variations in texture or color are a natural mark of craftsmanship and authenticity, not defects.

5. How long will it take to receive my order? Because we ship directly from our kilns to ensure authenticity, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 8-15 business days for standard international delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
6. Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
7. What if my item arrives broken? (The "Arrive Alive" Guarantee) We have a zero-risk breakage policy. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:

Take a photo of the damage and the packaging.

Email us at support@yungping.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately.
8. Where do you ship from? We ship directly from our specialized warehouses in China, located near the historic porcelain capital, ensuring every piece is inspected by our own team before departure.

9. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

10. How do I cancel or change my order? Please contact us at support@yungping.com as soon as possible.

Before Shipping: We can cancel or edit your order free of charge.

After Shipping: Once the package has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.

11. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
12. How do I use a coupon code? Simply enter your code in the "Discount Code" box at checkout and click "Apply." Please note that only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
13. Do you offer gift packaging? Yes, most of our sets (like The Golden Stag and Tea Sets) come in our signature YUNGPING Luxury Gift Box, making them perfect for weddings, housewarmings, and special occasions. We do not include pricing information inside the package.
14. Why is my tracking number not updating? It is normal for international tracking to have a gap of 2-4 days while the package is in transit between countries (e.g., on the flight) or clearing customs. If there is no update for more than 7 days, please contact us for assistance.
